About Us
Who We Are
Alden Flint is the owner and operator of Flintworks. He has over nine years of automotive experience. His experience was initially in general automotive repair and then specialized to European makes with a concentration in Porsche. He spent over four years working in Porsche dealerships. He is Porsche factory certified and ASE certified.
Alden's wife Heather also helps with the business but is currently taking time off with a new baby boy.
Our Staff
Steve has been with Flintworks for over a year now. He has become an excellent technician and a Porsche fanatic. He personally drives a Porsche and a Mercedes. Before working on Porsches, Steve concentrated mostly on Mercedes and BMWs. Some of his after work interests and hobbies include racing cars, autocrossing, and motorcycle riding. He is in the process of helping to build a Porshce Boxster race car for the Spec Boxster racing series. In addition to his automotive interests, he also enjoys fabricating and welding which quite often relate back to his automotive projects. Steve has also completed service advisor training which has fine-tuned his customer service skills.
Katie recently joined the team here at Flintworks. Her passion for working on cars began when she was young, working with her father. Years later, in Manila Philippines, she did an internship with a local mechanic. This experience caused her to strive to turn her passion into a career. Other than cars, she loves to work with people. Katie volunteers for a high school program which helps mentor freshman girls through high school life. Whether it’s playing sports, helping someone move, or just having coffee, she is always a happy camper as long as she is in the company of others. Katie has learned that her two passions go hand-in-hand when it comes to providing excellent customer service.
Our Business
FLINTWORKS specializes in European cars with a concentration in Porsche but service all makes and models. We are Porsche factory certified and ASE certified. We do all factory scheduled maintenance for a fraction of the dealership cost. In addition to maintenance we do complete diagnostics for check engine lights, abs lights, airbag lights, etc. No repair is too big or too small. We use all OEM parts and guarantee our work for 24 months or 24k miles whichever comes first. We are now a Green Business Bureau member and carry a 100% biodegradable oil that is made in the USA from renuable resources and offers protection comparable to Mobil 1 synthetic. For your convenience we offer a free shuttle ride back to work or home plus free wifi, cable tv, and refreshments in our waiting area. We are excited to announce that we will now pick up your car from your home or office, service/repair then, then deliver it back to you for free! (15 mile max).
